Tuesday morning was gorgeous, so the boys and I enjoyed our breakfast on the deck. They love hard boiled eggs, so they scarfed them all down before I got one. I am not complaining though because I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while the boys pretended the chairs were various types of "fast and super fast speed boats". I told them that I was enjoying my relaxing ride on my pretend sailboat. Ethan comes over and says, "The shark is eating your sailboat, chomp, chomp, chomp." So much for relaxing sailboats.
The neighbors put a huge tarp on a hill, which makes an awesome slip-n-slide. We were over there last week going down the slip-n-slide. After a few trips down the hill with me, Isaac was heading down by himself like a champ. Ethan was not interested in going down at all. His favorite thing to do was push the girls down the slide. After watching him a few times, we found out why it was his favorite...he would place his hand right on their bottom to push. I wish I had a picture of it, he did it every time.
Sunday, Mom, Dad and Traci were over for lunch. Isaac ate his lunch really well. He pretty much cleared his plate. We all commented on how well he ate, and he says, "That's because I was sharing with Libbi." It was so innocent and sweet. (Libbi is Traci's dog.)
These are a couple pictures of the boys on their favorite modes of transportation, scooters.
Isaac waits for his new pool to fill up.
