Parque das Aves

Our favorite day at Iguacu was when we visited Parque das Aves. It is a neat bird zoo and we had a really fun morning there.

Boy group shot! Isaac and Ethan had maps of the park, and they were navigating our way through.

They had some huge cages that people could walk through. You could get really close to the birds. Once we figured that out we kept seeing how close we could get and take a picture.

We all got to hold a macaw on our shoulder. Ethan got us started. He was so excited about it. He is our little animal lover.

Then Ethan talked us all into holding the snake! He was so relaxed about it.

The rest of us were not as relaxed as Ethan. Traci only did it because everyone else did. I only held it long enough to get the picture.

After a nice lunch at the park, we relaxed by our hotel's beautiful pool. We swam, played dominoes and had treats.

The boys got ice cream.
